Spring & Varick opened its doors in Fall 2017 in The Dominick Hotel. S&V offers a twist on traditional American cuisine bringing an exciting, new and elevated yet accessible dining destination to SoHo.

At 2,800 sq feet, Spring & Varick Restaurant and Bar accommodates 90 seats with additional private dining rooms on the mezzanine level, ideal for both daytime and evening events including corporate lunches, private cocktail parties, charity events, film/photo shoots & more.

Food from Executive Chef John Creger is the highlight of Spring & Varick as he serves playful and interactive dishes incorporating fresh, seasonal and local ingredients. Acclaimed hits include the S&V Burger with fried comte cheese, the decadent and playful S’mores and the pillow like Ricotta Gnudi.

Designed by the acclaimed Lesly Bernard, the room will plays on art deco meets modern décor with a rotating mix of local art adorning the walls.
