As New Yorkers, we often get lost below 96th Street and that’s just a damn shame. We are on an island blessed with tons of people, culture and experiences waiting to be had. And lucky for us, there is the MTA. Yes, we know, it’s the worst. But, where else can you find the bargain that it offers?!  $2.75 and you can go ANYWHERE! Lets use that fare to head uptown between May 14 – 20th.

We all know that Harlem is filled with deliciousness in many aspects. Obviously,  there’s the food. There’s Cheri, Amy Ruth’s Dinosaur BBQ, Red Rooster, Harlem Shake, Lido and The Grange to name a few. Then,  there’s the music. That’s you, Apollo. The place is rich. And you need to discover it. We have just the event for you! Welcome to Harlem EatUp!

This event is a festival that offers an exciting sampling of Harlem’s sights, flavors and sounds, from artists of the kitchen, canvas, stage and streets. It’s a celebration of culture and good eats you won’t want to miss!

This is the 4th annual Harlem EatUp! Festival. This week-long festival showcases the food, art and culture of the dynamic village of Harlem. Get your seat at the table for the festival’s signature Dine In series, a multi-night and multi-room dinner party featuring one-night-only culinary collaborations between Harlem’s best chefs and restaurants with some of the biggest nationally acclaimed guest chefs. Spend the weekend at The Harlem Stroll in Morningside Park eating foods from local restaurants and food makers, watching EatUp! Main Stage cooking demonstrations with national chefs, and celebrating Harlem with art, live music and more!

Harlem EatUp! is an annual festival that honors the food, culture and spirit of Harlem. Trust us, you don’t want to miss this one.  For more information and tickets, visit harlemeatup.com.
