Chefs will draw on their heritage to remix authentic slow-simmered bone broth – from the Venezuelan sancocho to Jamaican fish to a New Orleans-style coconut. While you enjoy the and local brews, AndrewAndrew will be in the DJ booth and Sylvana Joyce and the Moment will be rocking out. As a surprise bonus, we’re tapping a suite of local fashion designers to get you ready for spring. All in the cozy comfort of the one-of-a-kind SUGARCUBE pop up pavilion. Slip, shop and slurp your way through BROTH FEST for a singular NYC food, fashion and music experience. BROTH FEST is proudly supported by South Street Seaport’s Howard Hughes Corp. and Yelp.
