If you can’t find a reason to celebrate and the beginning of Fall isn’t enough, we’ve got you covered. It seems like this time of year is festival time. There are a bunch of festivals happening around town, trying to take advantage of the final days that we can do outdoor activities. Soon enough will come time to layer up and dash for warmth; in the meantime, let’s celebrate (something)!

Some of the more popular festivals happening around now are the The New Yorker Festival, Fall for Dance, the Margaret Mead Film Festival, and the New York Film Festival at Lincoln Center.

The New Yorker Festival is what you would expect from The New Yorker Magazine while the others may tickle your culture pickle a little more than what meets the surface.

Other festivals to check out include the Natural Fibers Festival, the Marine Science Festival, White Light Festival, the Little Red Lighthouse Festival and our personal favorite, the Oyster Festival!

So, figure out what you’re into and celebrate it at a festival. This is your time!
