Join the Town of Southampton for a press conference announcing the launch of the Flanders Farm Fresh Food Project, which will provide access to fresh, affordable produce to residents of Flanders, Riverside, and Northampton. The market will be run by area youth who will learn important business skills and job training, while providing community members with fruit and vegetables from eight local farms. The market will accept EBT, WIC and Senior FMNP checks. The market has been organized by the Town of Southampton, with technical assistance provided by Sustainable Long Island.
