Fusion East Caribbean & Soul Food Restaurant is in East New York, Brooklyn. “Fusion” from the mix of cuisine and “East” for the East New York neighborhood of Gateway Estates that it’s located in.

Almost 90-seat dining area including 14 seats at the 32’ bar. Five 60” TV screens,  3 powered speaker sound systems, and cordless microphones. Computer, DJ, and DVD player hook-up.

Fusion East is equipped to handle any private or semi-private functions. From Wedding to Divorce Parties, Fashion Shows to Graduation Parties, Bachelorette /Bachelor to Christenings, Business Meetings to Church Socials, and Fundraisers to Presentations. Along with our Weekend Brunches, Lunch, and Dinner Menu, we can create hors-d’oeuvre or mini versions of any of our menu items.

Fusion East is located in the Gateway Estates area of East New York, Brooklyn, directly behind the Gateway Mall. Many politicians, celebrities, and just great people have come through the doors of this great restaurant. Plus, we have two Food Trucks to service the Tri-State Area and beyond. We can cater functions anywhere in the Tri-State Area indoors or outdoors.
