This weekly cocktail series sees Brian Miller (Lani Kai) teaming up with some of the city’s best bartenders—including Jeremy Oertel (Dram) and Jim Meehan (PDT)—for an evening of tropical tipples. Each Monday the duo crafts a unique menu of 8 to12 tiki-inspired swizzles (from $13); past creations include the Long Nines, a riff on a Treacle with pineapple juice, Ron Zacapa rum and Don’s Spices #2 served with a flaming pineapple garnish. It’s worth arriving early on the weeks with a featured sponsor (such as El Dorado Rum), when two of the cocktails can be had for half price during the 6 to 8pm happy hour.
