Location, Location, Location. That’s what the real estate people are always saying, right? Take the dump in the desirable neighborhood over the palace in the undesirable neighborhood. As New Yorkers, we can especially appreciate this given the size of the living spaces we deal with. There is nothing like walking out your front door and being in New York City. It’s even better if you managed to get a place with a view. If you didn’t, we have a place for you to take it ALL in.

One World Observatory opens on May 29th. If you haven’t heard, this is the part of the Freedom Tower that we’ve all been waiting for. It spans the 100th, 101st and 102nd floors of the building and offers ridiculous views across the city. We hear that you can see as far as 50 miles on a clear day! That is pretty sweet.

Whether you like the building or not, we think that you’ll agree the view is unreal and something to see. It’s a beautiful view and offers ALL of New York in one look. To give you some perspective for those of you who have been to the Empire State Buildings observation deck, this is 18 feet above that! It’s also a different experience given that its brand spanking new. Some cool features is the elevators that rush visitors to the top in 47 seconds, a multimedia video display, a display live video of the street below through a SkyPortal which is a 14-foot wide disc that delivers high-definition live video footage from the street below from the 100th floor of the One World Trade center tower (makes us queasy just thinking about it!).

This is an experience worth paying for and a view you’ll find nowhere else.

We’re counting down til the 29th; you probably should do the same.
