Lucky for us, we’re American. It means so many things but it also means that we’re the most generous, kind and thoughtful people. To our fault, we help others above and beyond. Yes, we can always do more but I am proud to be an American.
Whether it comes to feeding the less fortunate or running fundraisers for many causes, we support! When you throw sports into the mix, we get even more excited! When you throw our Alma Mater in there too…Well, we’re doing more than hanging from a chandelier!
This weekend, the Barclay’s Center is hosting Coaches vs. Cancer basketball tournament. Perennial Top Ten team Duke will join Stanford, Temple and UNLV the championship rounds of the 2014 Coaches vs. Cancer Classic on November 21 & 22. All four games will be exclusively televised live on truTV.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the American Cancer Society to support its mission to save more lives and help finish the fight against cancer.
You can’t beat college basketball and you especially won’t want to miss this all-star lineup of teams!
It’s for a great cause and sure to entertain. Get your tickets, come watch some basketball and join the fight against cancer!
